Clarian Reminisce About Television Days Gone Past

The single is out now via Balance Music and features a remix from Melbourne legends Phil K and Danny Bonnici AKA Analog Stars...

‘Television Days’ is the second taste of Clarian’s upcoming LP Television Days. The single is rich in mellow synths and stylistic effects, tracking for four-and-a-half minutes in total. An 80s inspired weapon, Clarian’s latest offering could slot perfectly into yesteryear without your parents even batting an eyelid. Anyone who’s coming in a little less informed on the past, may also pin the track to sounding slightly reminiscent of Tame Impala’s latest work on their Currents LP.

The single is also going to be partnered with remixes from Guy J, Tim Engelhardt and Analog Stars. First up is Guy J, and in classic Guy J fashion, he’s danced things up a little. Stretching out his remix to eight minutes, he’s given Clarian fans something to groove to in the early hours of the morning.

Up next is Tim Englehardt. Tim has seamlessly complimented Clarian’s work with his take on the release. This one is perfectly suited for the kick on, picture bean-bags, incense and some of your finest herb. It also comes in a dub version.

Lastly, brining the disco to town is Analog Stars (aka. Melbourne’s Phil K and Danny Bonnici). This funky number is all anyone could ask for to round off the release. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say the single could slot into anyones collection who fancies themselves a house and disco enthusiast.

Clarian’s ‘Television Days’ gets 10/10 and we’ll take two please.
