Making a name for himself early on with his 2005 award-winning release ‘Der Mückenschwarm’, and wearing the title of founding owner of Still Vor Talent Record Label, Koletzki is a contender when it comes to both his DJ sets and his original productions.
He is also that artist who always finds himself on lineups surrounded by some of the biggest names on the planet, but being blessed with BMT (Big Match Temperament) that fact never seems to faze him. He always proceeds to play ‘Survivor’ and outplays, outwits and outlasts his more fancied peers, consistently delivering sets which sets him apart from the pack. There is a timelessness to his live recordings… you know, the sort of sets you will keep going back to.
Case in point, this Pitch Music & Arts Festival set below from 2017 which has clocked in well over 70,000 plays. If you haven’t listened to it as yet, do yourself a favour and get on board. Koletzki closed the main stage on the very first night of the festival, a set which pretty much kick-started the whole event These two hours will rise to the top of your sets-to-suggest-when-at-a-kick-on list.
And of course this is a timely reminder too as the man himself will be returning for a series of shows very soon…
