He’s gone and done it again. Australia’s golden child, Fantastic Man, has gone and gifted us another exquisite release, asserting his space at the top of Australia’s list of artistic ex-pats. Currently taking refuge somewhere in Brazil, Fantastic Man’s roll of releases shows no sign of slowing down. Fresh from dropping his album ‘Utopioid’ and EP ‘Body Hurt’ on Mule Musiq in 2020, alongside his recent collaborative release with Roza Terenzi, his newest work comes in the form of ‘Cloud ‘Management’.
A blissful dreamscape of Balearic, digi dub, and ambient, the impending EP’s debut track is nothing short of a stroll through paradise. Featuring soft undulating pads, punchy Roland snares, and an optimistic piano lead floating overhead, the track as a whole invites you to kick back on an expansive white beach, with sun overhead, and frosty beverage in hand. Nothing short of a reprieve from the blistering cold Melbourne finds itself steering towards, ‘Cloud Management’ is just the thing to nourish and warm you.
