Roza Terenzi and Fantastic Man have dropped the 90s deep house banger of your dreams…

Two of Australia’s poster children for dance music have paired up to make the most exquisitely almighty sonic union. No, I’m not talking about Nikki Webster and Kylie Minogue (although how sick would that be). I’m talking about Perth ex-pat, via Melbourne and now Berlin-based artist Roza Terenzi, and Melbourne ex-pat Fantastic Man. Not only are they regular names to appear at Dekmantel and Boiler Room, but the two are also both incredibly successful in the underground music scene in their own regard, releasing a combined total of 27 albums and EP’s on labels such as WOLF Music, Let’s Play House, Klasse Wrecks, salt mines, Butter Sessions, Mule Musiq and Superconscious Records.

Combining their superpowers for the good of humanity, the two have teamed up under the alias B’Zircon, to release a three-track EP on Kalahari Oyster Cult called ‘Lazulination’. Featuring all the quintessential elements of a Roza Terenzi or Fantastic Man track, the project comes packed to the brim with a tightly curated assortment of hi-hats, an intoxicating sub-heavy bass line, and stabbing 90s house chords. The result is an undeniably deep house/techno belter - perfect for any late-night living room antics with your mates at a particularly unsavoury kick-on. Test drive one of the last releases of the year and let it swing you into a prosperous 2021. Rumour has it that if you press play on the song at 11:57:03 PM on New Year’s Eve, the drop will hit at exactly midnight… Do with that information what you will.
