Denis Sulta won over Melbourne earlier in 2019 when he brought his Scottish-flag waving, hyper-quick mixing and classic dance music dipping show to Pitch Music & Arts. Anyone who can play Venga Boys un-ironically and make it work is a fkg talent in my books. (And I have to mention here I LOATHE that song, yet I danced like it was my last day on earth when he dropped it).
It is old news that he will be back in Australia to play at Let Them Eat Cake following the release of his recent debut LP, but what is fresh news is that he will be playing a headline show at The Timber Yard. And if that isn’t enough for you, maybe the fact that Bradley Zero will join him might do it. Zero is one of the original members of the Boiler Room crew and founder of the Rhythm Section label. In other words, he knows his tunes.
